What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
The absolute best thing about being in my role is the people. That's both internally and externally.
We've got a really great team here at Eden Smith who are all so knowledgeable and passionate about everything they do in data. It's really good to feel so comfortable bouncing ideas off each other and collaborating.
Externally, when talking about candidates and clients, I've had the opportunity to speak with some of the most creative, intelligent people that I never imagined I would have been able to speak to. Being able to learn from them and listen to them talk about how passionate they are about what they do is incredible.
They're so creative and innovative that no two clients or candidates I've ever worked with have been the same. That's what really inspired me to want to move into this space because they're all making their marks on the industry in different ways, and that's something I really want to do. I've made some great friends across the globe, and it's been really enlightening and inspiring.
