What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

The people are absolutely a top choice for me working in this industry. Aside from that, as I transition into data science, the learning opportunities and being able to speak to so many different people are significant.

I get to connect with both candidates and clients in the industry and learn from them. While I'm a sounding board for them, they are also a sounding board for me. If there's something I don't quite understand or am really interested in, I can ask them questions and build up my knowledge base.

Of course, there are also the highs that come with recruitment. It's so rewarding to play such a significant part in somebody's life. That drive to really help somebody is what makes recruiters do what they do; it's our "why" for being in the industry.
