What did you do in undergrad to set you up for success in your career?
What set me up for success was the importance of building meaningful relationships. I really cannot stress the importance of building these relationships outside of your career, for personal reasons.
It's something that is so important. If you're passionate about something and you want something badly enough, go out and get it. Find the right people you can network with, who can lead you there.
It is a two-way street, so be able to give something back to those people as well. I think it's such an underrated part of life, both in business and in personal life.
So just build those relationships, and they will take you anywhere you want to go.
