Q5: Favorite parts - role

What do you enjoy most about being a startup executive?

The thing that I enjoy the most is the impact I'm able to make, both internally and externally. Internally, being able to steer the direction of the company is always very exciting. It's also rewarding to help employees develop and become the best versions of themselves.

Externally, working at EdTech or FinTech startups, I enjoy seeing the impact we can make on the community. We're able to provide resources for those who often lack them and help them improve their lives. Ultimately, it comes back down to making a positive impact on those around me and steering the company's direction.
