What I enjoy most about being in my industry is making an impact. It's the ability to work and collaborate with others, and to positively impact those around us.
Specifically, being in an industry like education or financial services offers a lot of scope to improve the system and therefore see a more positive impact. Many people don't understand the system, and a lot of it needs to be made more efficient to benefit those within it.
So, what I really enjoy is being able to be a change maker and make an impact where it's most needed.
