What's your biggest challenge as a startup executive?
The biggest challenge as a startup executive, and likely as a consultant too, is time. There's just not enough of it to do everything.
Personally, I have many ideas I'd love to bring to life, but there are only so many hours in a day. Bandwidth is tough for any startup employee.
As an executive, I'm trying to support different teams. If I had more time, I could accomplish more.
Therefore, I always recommend optimizing your processes or making your schedule more efficient through automation. This saves time on less important tasks.
It allows you to focus on higher priority and more impactful activities.
