What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I think what I enjoy most is puzzle-piecing everything together. I am a problem solver at heart, but if I have a problem to solve with a goal in mind and I know what my resources are, then I can get that done.

This is as long as I know who I can work with and reach out to for help. It's a puzzle to me: how are we going to piece this together, and how will these elements come into play?

I also think about how I can work with the creative team, because they are much more creative in their thinking than I am. I love giving them a prompt to work on and seeing what they come up with, then iterating from there. I've always found that to be really fun.

Ultimately, executing and seeing a vision come to life is very rewarding. Whether it's a trade show, an event, or a conference, seeing people's experience of that thing that we put so much time and effort into is very rewarding.
