What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
I've learned that it's quite important to find mentors in your place of work who are really invested in helping you develop skills that will make you successful. I think investing as a bit of an apprenticeship model.
You really learn a lot by just being in the room where tough questions get asked and absorbing insights from the people around you with more experience. So, I think it's important to really find someone who's willing to bring you into the fold and will support your growth as a professional. That is the best way to learn.
