What do you enjoy most about being in your current industry?
I think private equity sometimes gets a bad reputation in the public eye. Sometimes for good reason, but I do think that responsible private equity investment plays a really important role in the economy.
It supports smaller businesses by giving them the capital and strategic guidance they need to grow. I enjoy being in this industry because I feel I can support business owners and management teams to take their businesses to the next level.
This benefits not only the business but also their customers, by enabling them to provide better products or services. This gives people more access to what the company has to offer.
