What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

For me personally, my biggest challenge is that I get emotionally invested in my cases. This can obviously be both a strength and a weakness.

I think that how much I care is one of my greatest superpowers, but there obviously has to be a balance. You have to be able to be super strong for your client.

You also have to be strong for yourself. I think that self-care, whatever that looks like to the individual, is super important. It's always a challenge every day.

I'm just trying to be more measured, trying to take everything in stride, and fight the small battles so I can win the war.
