What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
It's just really busy. Everything that I do, there's a ton that needs to be done all the time. It's a really fast-paced environment with a lot of different responsibilities and challenges.
So, time management is key: figuring out how to accomplish everything, how to prioritize, what's most important, and where I can delegate tasks to others.
We've had a very big transition time in my position. We went from being an itinerant program to moving into a facility.
As that has happened, it's gotten busier and busier. So, I'm trying to figure out how to manage that, what we need to do, and how to have enough staff to take care of it. But it's a good challenge.
