What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
In my current role, my main responsibility is managing people on a higher level. When I was a production supervisor, I managed people for a particular department.
Once I became an associate production manager, I manage multiple departments. I mentor all the production supervisors, managing their individual departments. I make sure that all the deliverables from each of these departments are met and delivered on time.
The other thing I'm responsible for is mentoring all the production supervisors. I also ensure that all marketing for the movie is delivered on time. The major role I have as an associate production manager was to manage all the people and ensure everything, all the deliverables, are delivered on time.
