What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I enjoy every aspect of my job. One of the things that I really enjoy is mentoring other production staff, teaching them how things work and how to be a production person. Basically, I mentor them by teaching them soft skills and hard skills.
Another thing I really enjoy in my current role is being able to strategize and come up with solutions for some workflow issues we have. For example, if we have issues with delivering something on time, I like to figure out what we can do to help mitigate that.
Those are the kinds of things that really drive me to come to work every day. You know, like, "Oh, today we have this problem. How do we solve this?" You might think everything is going smoothly, and then you sign in to work and realize there's a list of things to solve. But that makes it fun because you have something to look forward to. Strategizing and coming up with solutions for workflow issues is something that I really enjoy doing.
