I think people who are extremely proactive, people who are biased towards action, are key. People who are very willing to iterate are important because the first answer is never really the right one.
It's never going to be the final answer. People who are able to act on constructive criticism well are also vital, because there's a strong feedback culture.
I think those are kind of the key and locks. People who can take criticism and implement changes around it. People who are okay with their ideas and thoughts being probed against and really refining and iterating on their ideas. They can go from what they might have initially thought was great to something that's going to be really amazing for other clients.
