What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

My main responsibilities involve building and enriching the firm. This means thinking about how to apprentice and coach new joiners, and how to create initiatives that make the firm more diverse, inclusive, and innovative.

Another role is personal leadership. I focus on improving myself as a colleague, owning my work, managing projects, and delivering impact to clients. I also assess my technical skills in data analysis, data storytelling, and content creation.

I'm also responsible for driving impact for our clients. This involves engaging deeply in problem-solving with my teams and leaders to find the best solutions for complex client problems, and then executing on them.

For example, if we're undertaking an organizational transformation, I consider the financial implications and identify initiatives that will unlock the most value. If I'm doing strategic enterprise work, I examine available playbook options and market trends to provide well-informed recommendations.
