What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I think I enjoy the culture. You're working with some of the best and brightest minds on some of the most complex problems. We recognize that if our clients are bringing these problems to us, it's because it's not a quickly, readily accessible answer.

So we're having to think across multiple dimensions, working with people externally and internally, to really come up with some type of solution or recommendation. I really like the intellectual stimulation that comes from the role.

I also like that it's a very people-centric job. We're not just telling people what to do, but rather we're walking alongside them on a journey to help them get from point A to point B.
