What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

I think I enjoy the variety of work and the working model, as well as the scale of work. We truly can work on very, very big issues that have significant impact, socially and monetarily.

You don't have to wait to see the fruit of your labor or realize the impact for years and years after. You can sometimes see clients implementing the change, and those impacting their performance within weeks or months, or sometimes even days.

The variety of work is great. Even as people get very senior, they can still jump and work between different sectors, as long as they have some kind of underlying expertise.
