Could you walk me through your career path, starting with your experiences in college and any internships or jobs you had before your current role?

Sure thing. I remember graduating in 2017 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration. It took me nine months to get my first role, and when I finally did, I was working in the construction industry with a company called Lafa, where I was a graduate intern.

Down the line, I got the role and opportunity to move to a graduate trainee, which was a rotational program within the organization. So I got to learn a lot more about sales, logistics, and customer service.

Two years later, I was promoted to marketing coordinator for the entire country that was running. Then, just before I left the company, I was also promoted to brand communications specialist. My journey has been along the lines of marketing, starting from intern to trainee, to marketing coordinator, to brand communications specialist.

In 2022, I made a career pivot, moved into tech, and was working with Jabu Technologies. There, I was their marketing coordinator for their country operations, helping them with product launches and managing the marketing for the company. That has been my career journey so far.
