My role is dynamic, with each day presenting new challenges. Typically, I structure my week by holding internal check-ins with my team members on Mondays and Tuesdays. This helps us set the stage for the days ahead.
Throughout the week, we have project check-ins with our clients. These are scheduled based on their availability. For example, this morning, I attended a board meeting for the Women's Foundation of Colorado.
I presented our project plan to their board and answered their questions about moving forward. One of the things I truly enjoy about my job is the variety of tasks I handle daily.
Later in the day, I usually review reports and provide feedback to directors on their products. I also ensure everything is prepared for the following day.
