What is your biggest challenge in your carbon role?
That's another good question. I love this role because your role really is one that solves problems and overcomes challenges. Once I started thinking about my role like that, I had a different energy towards it.
Right now, one of my challenges is prioritization. Time management is incredibly important to make sure I'm reviewing everything I need to review.
I need to prioritize the right client meetings when they need to be prioritized and organize travel around that. Having great systems to organize how I'm structuring my weeks and how I'm building efficiency is something I continue to focus on.
