Whatever main responsibilities are within your current role.

Right now, I'm a Senior Director of Information Security for CarParts.com, an e-commerce tech company. I build, manage, and provide strategy for cybersecurity, security operations, and essentially governance or compliance.

I hire and manage a team of about six engineers. This includes typical management responsibilities. There's a decent amount of technical, architectural responsibility in helping to lead and develop engineering projects.

It also involves managing the team, managing up to our executive level staff, and providing project-level management to the engineering staff.
