What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
As the head of school, I play two different roles. One is overseeing the day-to-day operations at the school site.
I monitor the staff and oversee our dean and assistant head of school for teaching and learning. I also broker external relationships with our authorizers, build partnerships, and seek funding through grants. Additionally, I work with hiring and HR as it relates to the upcoming school year.
