What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I think I love the day-to-day unpredictability we encounter. There is no routine day, no known schedule. You go in thinking you have an idea of how the day will manifest and what you'd like to accomplish.
Some days, you're 100% on target. Other days, it feels like a tornado has landed on campus. I love working in an environment where I'm constantly having to think on my toes, anticipate needs, and be responsive.
At the same time, I also love learning. When you're in an unpredictable environment, it requires you to be open-minded, willing to listen, and willing to seek understanding.
