What did you enjoy most about being in this industry?

I think it's the ability to know that you can help people and make things happen that they may not have otherwise been able to. This is without financial services, and it's a broad scope, don't get me wrong.

But there's a lot of benefit to being able to say, "Let's talk about changing your fiscal life." Whether you end up doing that within mortgage or personal loans, it's a step in this direction.

Financial awareness and health is something that I think we all take extremely seriously. It's our livelihood and the way things move throughout society.

For me to have an impact on somebody where they can start to learn about a company that's doing good things, and then takes advantage of those programs or products, is really beneficial when you think about it from the bigger perspective.
