What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

A performance data analyst is really a hybrid between a performance coach or strength and conditioning coach and a sports scientist or data analyst. About 50% of my role is training the players on our team in the weight room, helping design programs, and everything that entails.

The other half of the role is built around statistical analysis, collecting data from a multitude of technologies we use through private services we're contracted with. I work with that data to glean insights into actions or plans that will basically help the team win more games at the end of the day.
