What do you enjoy most about being in that industry?

Working in a competitive team environment is great. It's kind of all hands on deck. You have your responsibilities, but if you can help in any other capacity, you're expected to do so.

For example, if the equipment staff, medical staff, or analytics staff need help, and I can assist, I will. It's about having an extra set of hands available.

This expectation is across the board for everyone in the organization. Having that tight-knit group, where everyone pitches in, is a nice thing to be a part of.
