What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The biggest challenge is probably the litigation process. Sometimes you have lawyers on the other side that aren't easy to deal with, or courts that aren't easy to deal with.
In the litigation process, you don't have complete control, just like the client doesn't have complete control. You have to learn how to respond and deal with these issues and work through the process. You can't win all the cases, so that's also problematic. You try your best.
