What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
Sure. I think we are uniquely positioned where we get to work with a lot of founders and their teams at a very early stage. So, a lot of times when clients come to us, they just have an idea, and we're able to take that, design it, build it, and potentially invest in it as well.
The ability to work with founders across various industries and backgrounds, and be with them since the start of their journey, is quite fulfilling, particularly when it pans out for them. I think what I enjoy most is being able to work hand in hand with a lot of different entrepreneurs.
This allows me to learn a lot about their business. It also allows us to have that fulfillment by playing a very active role in their potential success.
