Peter's biggest challenge as Managing Partner at Hyperspace Ventures involves "managing expectations with entrepreneurs," particularly given early-stage clients' limited budgets and the need to prioritize features for a minimum viable product (MVP) while ensuring long-term scalability. This requires balancing the desire to create "the best product possible" with the realities of resource constraints and diverse client personalities.

What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
Sure. I think it kind of goes back to my answer about what the day in the life looks like and responsibilities. When working with clients, we're managing expectations.
Of course, we want to build the best product possible and do it as quickly as possible. But given we're working with early-stage clients with restricted budgets, a lot of times we have to map out what we're able to do in this first iteration.
We get that to market and then build from there. So it's really working with these entrepreneurs to manage expectations, letting them know we understand they want all of this. We need to get this MVP out, so we're starting with these features.
We're conveying properly that we will get to that refined point at some point. This is about managing expectations along the way so we can be capital-efficient with building out their product. We also need to make sure we're building in a way that will scale in the long run.
So the biggest challenge is really managing expectations with entrepreneurs. Also considering the fact that every entrepreneur is kind of different.
