What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
Because I own and run the business, everything potentially stops at my desk. This includes training design, finance, marketing, and the delivery of training. As a small business, the whole process ultimately ends with me.
One thing that can limit our growth is that everything comes to my desk. We are starting to address this by bringing on two employees. One will handle digital and social marketing, and the other will manage training and logistics.
As we continue to grow, we will hire more people to develop the business and deliver training. My role will then become much more about coordinating these different pieces. Ultimately, my focus will be on ensuring clients are satisfied so they want to continue using our services.
