What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The biggest challenge is maintaining the resilience to keep going. This is true even when you have the drive and know you must do it; it's still a challenge.
The other biggest challenge links to the skills needed for marketing and getting new business. My mentality is that if I continue doing what I've always done and stick with the same clients, my business will eventually decline.
Therefore, I must stay fresh, continue marketing our business, and keep having conversations. That sales part is very satisfying, but also very challenging in a crowded market.
