What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
What I enjoy most is the industry itself, as it's something I'm passionate about. I've always loved sports, and being able to work in sports, particularly basketball, makes every day exciting.
I get to work with very cool people on very interesting projects and solve complex problems. One of the cool things is that they bring me on as a consultant to oversee what they're doing in practices.
This has allowed me to attend Lakers and Clippers practices. I've been on the court, off to the side, at the same time as the players and coaching staff. It's surreal to be just about 20 feet from LeBron.
