How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

It's super weird, but people thrive in different ways. If you want a stable job, say in the game industry, you need to meet deadlines and stay on your work. It's important to maintain a creative vision of your own so you're seen as a full human being, not just a cog in someone else's machine.

Many successful people I know maintain space for their own creative work outside of their industry. I think that's essential and often overlooked as a key component to success. Most people want others because they bring something new to the table. Having your own creative practice is the most important thing.

For me, what's most essential? The question was, how would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry? To thrive between industries, you need a clear, critical perspective. This allows you to see the interconnections and systemic ways culture shapes collective thoughts.

This requires critical analysis and deep soul-searching to find the keys to move through different spheres.
