What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

The biggest challenge is probably maintaining a work-life balance. It's about knowing when to daydream for art and when to just daydream with no reason.

I think doing useless things, or things just for your own wellness and sense of humanity, is really important. When juggling a lot, it's easy to get so focused on the tasks that you forget to have a picnic or just take in the world.

So, I think balancing everything is probably the most challenging thing.
