What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I would say two things because I work in a school network. Being at the school and seeing the program have its intended impact, especially as students and teachers are successful and students unlock learning, and are impacted by the work that we lead, that to me is the most rewarding thing.
Secondly, I enjoy the fact that it's not repetitive. There are always unique things that come up, unique challenges that we're trying to work through and solve.
This ensures that my job is not boring. I'm always tackling new things and trying to solve challenging and new problems that come up on a regular basis.
