What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
What I enjoy most is connecting with dedicated and impact-minded individuals who are working to build a better future for communities across Los Angeles. It's the shared commitment of purpose and seeing how we can drive resources to where they're needed most to address systemic inequities.
That gives me a sense of purpose in my role, and that energizes me. When there are long proposals to read or negotiations are taking a while, it's important to have a strong and clear "why" for the work that we do.
