What does a day in the life of a trustee look like?
Most days, it starts in the evening. We all have very different jobs, but for the most part, we have jobs during the day.
I work in education as my full-time role. We have our meetings, but then there are also events happening at different school sites.
Sometimes it's meeting with a community group focused on schools. Sometimes it's all the different conversations that need to happen with everyone who makes schools run.
I set aside dedicated time to stay on top of things. Weekends are where I get excited about our big festivals and conferences.
Every day is different, but I have to say, every day is interesting and filled for sure.
