Q6: Biggest challenge in your role?

What is your biggest challenge in your role? I'd say definitely looking at numbers and looking at budget spreadsheets. It had always been the kind of thing that I just ran in the opposite direction.

I struggled with math a lot when I was younger. So, learning to have a different relationship with that kind of work and that kind of informational material has been possible.

But it takes some time and it takes some work. I think it is possible to learn how to appreciate something as you get older. It's all about how you look at it.

What I had said earlier about being able to connect to the material: when I look at what's behind those numbers, then I'm really in and I'm really focused.
