What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
I guess you could say prioritization. I have a tendency to spend too much time on ideas that come up randomly when I'm working on other types of projects.
For example, when I was working on an expense analysis, I ended up diving into a new idea for a product pivot. The company is now pursuing and developing this idea, and it actually received funding for it.
So, I think it's important to make sure you have time to research or dig deeper into those interests. But also, you need to make sure your main responsibilities are completed on time.
Learn how to do your day-to-day responsibilities as efficiently as possible so you can spend more time on those other pursuits. That's what led me to work unnecessarily long days. So, just be mindful of that.
