One lesson that has stuck with me is that clarity drives momentum. So many of the problems I've been tasked to solve over the years have had a lack of clarity around the requirements of the solution.
Whether you're leading a team or contributing to a project, being able to articulate the "why" and the pain points behind the work, and framing the problems clearly, makes everything else easier. People align faster, decisions get made more confidently, and the impact is easier to track when you have a clear understanding of that "why."
