What do you enjoy most about being in your role?

I really love the translation piece of it. I enjoy making complex things more clear, human, and understandable.

Whenever I can help a team adopt a better way of working, or I see a process shift that saves people time or effort, I love finding efficiencies. That's really satisfying to me.

I also love strategy sessions. Give me a room with a whiteboard, and I will just fill it up, figuring out the right questions to ask when solving a problem. I enjoy shaping how teams think about value and what they want out of a system or process.
