What entry-level positions in this field might an undergraduate college student consider?
The recruiting coordinator and recruiting scheduler, and even there's something called a sourcer, which means you jump on LinkedIn, pull talent, read resumes, and send them to senior recruiters. We're actually hiring for all of these positions.
So, any recent grads, we hire recruiting coordinators and schedulers, and even receptionists at my company. They've moved into recruiters as well, since they're still answering phones and scheduling. Those are the four open positions that do well.
