Our biggest challenge is competing against other agencies because our clients work with a few different ones. We're not on a retainer, so we have to ensure all necessary questions are answered and that we're providing our top talent.
It's a competitive industry, which means you need a hustle and growth mindset. You must be able to identify talent quickly and send your top candidates to clients as soon as possible.
I would say that's the biggest challenge. We also need to be very communicative and buttoned up so we don't miss any details.
