What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
I own my own business, so my main responsibilities are all the responsibilities of a business. Whether it's marketing, communicating with clients, following up with clients, or finding new clients, all of that falls on me.
I guess the most important priority or responsibility for me is my actual coaching session. That's working one-on-one with clients, making them feel a little bit more confident or equipped to tackle a challenge, calm, or optimistic after each time we meet. They leave feeling that way.
