As someone who identifies as a woman, how would that impact how you've navigated your career?

As a woman who went through the financial industry, which is very male-dominated, I think it's important to embrace what makes you different. Rather than trying to fit into a man's world, embrace what makes you a woman.

Seek out people who embrace what makes you different, rather than those who say you're not like everyone else. So I would say for anyone who has an identity that makes them feel unique, especially in the coaching industry.

Any industry like that will set you apart and attract others seeking that out. Rather than being just one of a million people, you offer relatability.

A lot of women enjoy working with me as a coach because I am a woman and I've worked in a male-dominated industry. We can compare notes on that. So I would say, just embrace whatever identity makes you different, because that will help you thrive.
