What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I enjoy seeing a client figure something out. Often, they come into a session with a roadblock, concern, or worry. As we move through the session, they'll find a solution, an idea of something to say or do, or an action step to take.
I guess the best part for me is when you can see that. Whether they shrug their shoulders, they're smiling, or they just seem more relaxed, laid back, or calm.
Or more confident, like, "Yeah, let's do this." I think that's the best feeling.
