What does a day in the life of a productivity and leadership coach look like?
For me, I'm an early bird. My day starts early; I get up between 5:00 and 6:00 AM.
Usually, depending on my mood, I read a lot of nonfiction. I feel like I read things I can pull from and refer to clients. So, I'm usually reading first thing in the morning.
After that, I might start checking emails and working on marketing. I do a lot on social media, so I might work on drafting some of those posts. I usually start seeing clients around 8:00 AM and will see clients until around 5:00 or 5:30 PM.
Throughout the day, it's a mix of coaching clients, following up with them, and some networking. Part of what I need to do is obviously connect with new people to find other clients who would benefit from my help. There might be a one-hour Zoom networking session somewhere in the day.
The day ends around 5:00 or 5:30 PM. Hopefully, there's a workout of some sort in there. And again, I'm an early bird, so it's early to bed. I'm usually reading and going to bed around 10:00 or 10:30 PM, which is embarrassing, but yes.
