What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The biggest challenge, as the business owner doing everything, is keeping up with it all. I'm a coach and need time for that, but I also have to send invoices, send out a monthly newsletter, post content on social media, network, follow up with past clients, and develop new offerings.
It's about keeping track of all these tasks and ensuring I prioritize the right things at the right time. I can't prioritize everything, or nothing will get done. So, I'd say the biggest challenge is juggling it all.
