Biggest Challenges Faced by a Public Relations Consultant at Global Medical Transportation
Nicole's biggest challenge as a PR consultant for a global medical transportation company involves "crisis incidents that involve loss of life," requiring extensive and demanding work with little personal time. The emotional toll of these crises, where the work's purpose is to support families facing the loss of a loved one, presents the most significant career challenge.

What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
Crisis incidents involving loss of life are an unfortunate part of working in EMS with ground and air ambulance providers. They are among the most challenging aspects of my career, consuming a lot of personal time and life.
However, there are moments where, after working for weeks or even months straight without days off, you realize the reason for your hard work. It's for a family out there whose loved one is not coming home.
This could be a parent, sibling, or child. I believe that is the most challenging aspect of the job.
