Attention to detail is really crucial for maintaining compliance and quality within this business. Especially for someone like a technical reviewer or an inspector for organic, you really need to be able to read and interpret fine details.
This applies whether it's a written organic systems plan that you're looking at or somebody's body language during an onsite inspection. You really need to have a keen sense of attention to detail.
And then adaptability. Being able to navigate and respond to industry changes and regulatory changes is definitely important.
